V1 MEDIA & TECHNICAL PRODUCTION SERVICES: RATE CARD
I. Specialized Media Server/System Programming/Troubleshooting
Rate: $100.00 per hour (in-person), $75 (remote)
Description: Advanced programming, configuration, troubleshooting of
LED video processors (Novastar/ArtFox), media servers (Resolume Arena, MadMapper),
incl. signal flow troubleshooting, network configuration, etc.

Terms: 2-hour minimum engagement.
II. V1 / VJ / On-Site Technical Labor
Project Day Rate (PDR): $600.00/day (10hrs)
Half-Day Rate (HDR): $350.00 (4+ hours), Hourly : $75
Description: Operation and execution during event days, e.g. setup, technical leadership, and strike.
III. Content Creation & Custom Design
Rate: $50.00 per hour
Description: Custom visual content development(Adobe Creative Suite, TouchDesigner, StableDiffusion)
for events, projection mapping assets, and tailored visual libraries (pre-production work).

Terms: Estimated and billed weekly against a project brief.
IIII. General Production / Stagehand Labor
Rate: $40.00 per hour
Description: Transport, setup, loading/unloading gear - basic strike/breakdown
IV. Overtime & Premium Rates
Rate: 1.5x Hourly Rate
Terms: Applies to the hourly rate beyond 10 unscheduled consecutive hours
V. Reimbursable Expenses
Rate: Actual Cost
Description: Parking, tolls, necessary travel, equipment rental (if client-requested), and approved meal allowances.
Terms: Itemized on the final invoice.
