Shifting Realities
Thirteen projectors. Three independent worlds.
Overview
A projection-heavy immersive installation reorganized into three independent experiential zones while preserving a continuous audience journey through the space.
The existing 13-projector environment needed to become three logical zones without losing alignment across architectural surfaces, scenic elements, and interactive moments. Each zone required reliable isolation while sharing the same physical installation.
I configured NVIDIA Mosaic and Pixera Director around the new zone architecture, then led signal routing, media-server organization, calibration, blending, and geometry correction across the installation.
The converted system supported distinct visual environments — from vehicle-scale projection to a mirrored portal and interactive lounge — while remaining coherent as one walkthrough experience and practical to operate.
Projection leaves the wall
The visual field extends across architecture, scenic structures, and a full vehicle, turning physical objects into part of the moving image.
